Payment Methods

LaBel Foodservice Equipment & Design offers secure and convenient payment options for commercial equipment purchases.

Credit Cards

Online orders may be paid securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Your card authorization and payment timing are handled according to the checkout terms displayed when you place your order.

ACH, Wire Transfer, and Check

ACH payments, wire transfers, and checks may be accepted by prior arrangement.

Before sending payment, contact LaBel so we can confirm:

• Product availability
• Shipping or delivery charges
• Applicable sales tax
• Your complete order total
• Payment instructions

Do not mail a check or send an electronic payment until LaBel has confirmed your order and provided payment instructions.

Orders paid by check will be processed after the funds have cleared. Orders paid by ACH or wire transfer will be processed after the funds have been received and confirmed.

Equipment Financing

Financing may be available for qualifying commercial equipment purchases through a third-party financing provider.

Financing approval, rates, terms, fees, and payment requirements are determined by the financing provider. Equipment orders will be processed after financing is approved and LaBel receives payment authorization.

Purchase Orders

Purchase orders may be accepted from government agencies, public schools, and other approved institutions after credit approval.

Do not submit a purchase order until LaBel has reviewed your request and confirmed approval.

Currency

All prices are displayed and processed in United States dollars. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, freight charges, and optional services will be shown at checkout or confirmed before the order is processed.

Order Verification

Commercial equipment orders may require verification of product specifications, availability, delivery access, freight requirements, and shipping charges before processing.

If additional information or approval is required, a LaBel representative will contact you before the order proceeds.
